Waterjet Cutting Process
We offer Waterjet Profile Cutting Services from our facility in Garforth (Leeds, West Yorkshire),
Waterjet cutting uses a jet of high pressure water and abrasive to cut virtually any material with no heat affected zone.
With a cut diameter of less than 1mm, machine positioning and axis tolerance of ±0.1mm*, with a repeatability and reversing accuracy of ±0.05mm
*According to VDI/DGQ 3441, Actual cut part tolerances vary depending on material type, thickness, and cutting speed.
High Pressure Part testing
Using our in house equipment we can repair and test high pressure components, pipework and assemblies upto 3600bar ensuring refurbished and used parts are working correctly and safely.
